Want to start exercising but not sure how to start? Never exercised and need some guidelines? Afraid of going to a health club and want to exercise in a private setting or at your home? Schedule an appointment with one of our certified trainers, who will customize a fitness program to meet your needs and goals.
The initial session will include a pre-fitness test to assess areas of weakness and includes body composition, balance, flexibility, strength, cardiovascular endurance, and resting and training heart rates. An individual fitness program is then developed for home. Goals are set, and follow-ups are scheduled at one month, three months and six months to reassess goals and make progress in your program.
